This TS16949 Internal Auditor Training course will prepare your personnel to conduct effective internal audits of your quality systems to the TS16949 standard. This workshop is offered in either a 2 or 3 day format to meet your companies needs. The 3 day option for this workshop dedicates the third day to conducting actual audits of your internal systems and is designed to give your personnel hands on experience auditing your internal systems. Participants will be exposed and gain knowledge of the TS16949 standard, methods of conducting an audit, developing audit checklists, and effective internal audit practices. After completion of the TS16949 Auditor Training course participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to assure they can provide your organization with internal results that are relevant for your continuous improvement efforts.
