Total Quality System 9000 Family of Products Receiving Inspection Tutorial

The receiving inspection form in your Total Quality System 9000 Family of Products application is located in the quality module. The receiving inspection instructions are set up to allow users to create receiving inspection forms and then provide specific users the rights to create new receiving inspection records based upon the instructions and at the same time limiting the ability to change the instructions. For example if the receiving inspection instructions are created by a quality engineer you may wish to have your receiving inspection personnel to create a receiving inspection record without having the ability to change the instructions. As soon as a receiving inspection instruction is updated it will always be available as the latest change to your receiving inspection personnel.
