Total Quality System 9000 Family of Products Quality Alert
The Quality Alert feature in your TQS-9000
application provides the ability to create
quality alerts for communicating quality
issues throughout your organization. Quality
Alerts may be designated as being driven by
supplier, customer, or internal issues.
Several report options are available to
track the status of quality alerts,
departments issuing quality alerts, time
frames that quality alerts are issued, and
individuals issuing the alerts. Additional
documents such as Corrective Actions, Return
Material Authorizations, and Engineering
Change Notifications may be associated to
your quality alerts to quickly obtain more
information regarding a specific issue. For
those customers who have purchased the
supplier edition of TQS-9000, quality alerts
may also be electronically transmitted to
their suppliers to communicate issues to
them.
