Several utilities have been included with your Total Quality System 9000 product to assist users in accomplishing the tasks that they wish and to enhance the functionality of your product. From the start menu you may install the MySQL utility if you have purchased the Total Quality System 9000 Supplier Edition to connect your product to a MySQL database. In addition from the start menu you open a small conversion utility for converting numbers and units of measures, run the script runner for updating your data file when new releases are made available for your product, run the repair and compact operations on your database files to keep them operating at peak performance, reinstall the animation utility if you receive an OLE error, and utilize the EZ Thumbnail utility to resize .jpg images easily to format them for the quality alert and other forms.
