TCA-9000 features support for several formats of documenting and managing corrective actions and problem solving efforts. Standard 8D, Enhanced 8D Corrective Action Software with support for  7D, and 5 Phase  for audit findings. With TCA-9000 you can schedule audits, track progress on all corrective actions, document the costs of corrective actions, and be reminded when corrective actions are due. Advanced features allow you to set predetermined dates for reviews of completed corrective actions, sort corrective actions by customer, date, supplier, part number, or other key demographics. A 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month review option may be used for your 8D's to evaluate the effectiveness of your corrective action system. Key words may be entered into the corrective action forms and then searched through the entire scope of your FMEA's to locate other area's of potential concern or to determine if a corrective action may be leveraged to other operations within your organization.  Additional support has been added to document those items that are to be considered continuous improvement opportunities.
