Automated Company Level Data Reporting Module

Total Quality System 9000 Family of Products (TQS-9000) now supports a one button click to view monthly performance charts for your company's key indicators. Save time and money in preparing your management review materials with this new feature. All indicators are drawn from your existing data that is entered during the normal use of the program. The performance charts are designed to meet your needs for QS-9000 or TS16949 requirements pertaining to management review while providing your organization with fast, accurate, and up to data analysis of your companies performance to key operating indicators.

Manager's Control Panel

The "Manager's Control Panel" is automatically initialized at program startup and provides the user with the ability to select several reports that are designed to monitor key activities. Overdue reports may be ran on expired deviations, overdue FMEA action items, expired quality alerts, overdue corrective actions, gages overdue for calibration and many other key activities.

RPN Report Options

The RPN report option allows users to select a specific RPN value and then search all FMEA's at once to receive a report of all RPN's that meet or exceed the value that they have chosen. In addition reports are also available that will determine which RPN's that exceed the chosen amount do not currently have action plans documented that are designed to lower the RPN to an acceptable value. With FMEA RPN Reports user's will have access to the latest priority list for their continual improvement efforts. Stay in compliance with the TS16949 standard by providing your team with regular updates on the most current RPN values.

Custom Report Writer

Select a query and build a custom report using Custom Report Writer tool, and then export the data to Excel or another program.

Operator Instructions

Integrated Operator Instructions with the Control Plan allows users to create a combined document to minimize the chance of duplicating information and reduces the amount of information needed to complete an APQP project. With the TQS-9000 or TAQ-9000 products users may create independent operator instructions or control plans as well as creating a combined document.

Flow Chart

Flow Chart templates / forms are built into the TQS-9000 and TAQ-9000 software solutions. Predefined or User Defined Symbols, Input and Variable Capabilities, Auto Update to Control Plan and FMEA are all standard features built into our products.

Auto Update to the Control Plan and Flow Chart as all of your APQP project documents share data. Failure Modes Tied to Corrective Action Module for Tracking Needed Updates, Auto Monitoring of Past Due Recommended Actions, and more are standard features in the TQS-9000 and TAQ-9000 systems.
