9000 provides integrated Failure Mode and Effects Analysis with the APQP Module.
When developing the control plan all the shared information from the control
plan and flow chart are automatically shared to the Failure Mode and Effects
Analysis data entry screen. The TQS-9000 FMEA will supports reporting features
for key words and overdue corrective actions to assist in managing your
continuous improvement efforts. In addition we have added a key word search to
the corrective action form where users may enter words to search for in the
failure mode field of the FMEA. With this tool users may instantly search all FMEA's
for a specific failure to evaluate where corrective action solutions may be leveraged to.
