TQS-9000 Provides a
Cost Savings Module to document the savings from your continuous improvement
activities. Users may document cost savings in a standard format or choose to
document the savings using the Six Sigma method of documenting a project. Built
in Six Sigma help screens assist users in following the correct steps in
documenting the cost savings. PowerPoint or other files and images may be linked
to the reports to provide a complete accounting of a project. Savings may
be classified as either hard savings or soft savings with the built in cost break down
schedule.
