TQS-9000 Document Control Feature

TQS-9000 Includes a robust Quality Department Document Control Database Solution within the program for all of your quality documented quality system needs. The built in quality document templates and forms may be expanded to include additional quality documents that you use in your quality system by linking existing documents into the program. Our document control software also allows you to maintain a revision list of all your documents within the program. Quality Documents or other files that are linked into the program may be viewed by just double clicking on the links from inside the program and the document will automatically open. The robust document control software capabilities included in the TQS-9000 makes document control easy and reliable. A master list of all quality documents may be generated for audit purposes. As all documents in the TQS-9000 solution may be sorted, filtered, and searched for easily and quickly finding the information that you are looking for. Built in export capabilities allows users to transfer information in the TQS-9000 system to Excel, Word, or other formats.
