ISP Software, Inc. has several new initiatives planned for 2012 and beyond. To begin the new year we have added unattended remote access capabilities for our customers to enhance our current remote access support sessions. With the unattended support sessions our customers may elect to have us complete product updates, installations on new machines, and troubleshoot issues during off hours to minimize downtime. We are also introducing Live Chat Support for our current customers as well as visitors to our web site to provide quicker responses to questions.

In 2011 we released version 7.0 of the Total Quality System 9000 Family of Products and throughout 2012 we will continue to add new features and capabilities. Some of the planned releases for 2012 will include the ability to archive records into a separate data file, enhance the audit scheduling process, provide descriptive statistics as well as SPC capabilities, and enhance several of the existing features. We will also be enhancing the Total Quality System 9000 Supplier Edition and providing a subscription service. As it is more critical than ever to manage the supply base with reduced resources, our ability to provide solutions to manage the quality documentation of suppliers will continue to grow in 2012. In 2012, we will also be providing direct support for our customers that wish to have their data file served from a MySQL server.

As we begin 2012, ISP Software, Inc. is more committed than ever to providing world class quality database software solutions for our customers with the flexibility they require. To this end we are also making many of our online training materials available as a bundle with our software products to help keep the costs down to our customers and at the same time providing the training necessary for our customers to meet the demands of their customers.
