TQS-9000 is equipped with a total gage control and gage calibration system. The gage control software and gage calibration software modules are included in both the TGC-9000 and TQS-9000 Software Solutions. Both the gage calibration and gage control features are integrated into the APQP module of the TQS-9000 software solution to allow only approved gage's to be selected in the control plan to minimize the risk of errors in your documentation. The TQS-9000 and TGC-9000 gage control software and gage calibration software systems provide numerous reports to assure your calibration program may be easily maintained. The full history of your calibration events provides users with data necessary to evaluate and determine the proper frequency required for the calibration of any gage. Either the TQS-9000 or TGC-9000 Database solutions can make the process of recording and tracking gage calibration and controlling your gage inventory much easier.
