TQS-9000 and TAQ-9000 Software Solutions provide integrated Failure Mode Effects Analysis ( FMEA Software Support ) within the APQP Module. When developing the quality control plan all the shared information from the quality control plan and flow chart are automatically shared to the FMEA data entry screen. The TQS-9000 and TAQ-9000 FMEA Software Solutions support reporting features for key words and overdue corrective actions to assist in managing your continuous improvement efforts. In addition we have added a key word search to the corrective action form where users may enter words to search for in the failure mode field of the FMEA Software. With this tool users may instantly search all FMEA's for a specific failure to evaluate where corrective action solutions may be leveraged. The TQS-9000 and TAQ-9000 Failure Mode Effects Analysis / FMEA software solutions meet the AIAG standards for reporting. Each FMEA incorporates a unique revision history list. Users may prepopulate the drop down lists to maintain consistency between users for the FMEA fields. RPN numbers are automatically calculated based upon the choices for severity, occurrence, and detection selected by the user.

The FMEA form provided in the TQS-9000 and TAQ-9000 Software Solutions is easy to navigate and provides programmable drop down lists to assist in maintaining consistency between engineers. Predefined drop down lists include the definitions and ratings for your RPN ratings. The FMEA screen is directly associated to your control plan, flow chart, and operator instructions to maintain consistency in your documentation.
