The TQS-9000 Engineering Database Software Module Provides an effective ECR Database Solution for monitoring engineering changes. TQS-9000 provides the users with the ability to pre-program drop down lists of engineering change / ECR tasks to be selected for each ECR. Engineering change documents are custom built for each change. Only the items pertinent to a specific change request are displayed on the reports which simplifies the reports for users to read and disseminate the information for that unique change request. TQS-9000 ECR Database Software provides automatic tracking of tasks and target dates to assure target dates are not missed. A complete time line for the ECR implementation can be generated including who is responsible to assure each task is completed. The effective use of an ECR Database Software Solution can reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction by driving the change process within an organization. In addition the Engineering Module in the TQS-9000 Software supports Deviations and Trial Run Records. Both the Deviation Record and Trial Run records may be associated to the ECR document. All of your ECR Records and other Engineering Records are fullly searchable and custom reports may be generated by department, person requesting the changes, or several other key fields.
