Our TQS-9000 Employee Training Software Feature provides a quick and easy method to keep track of all of your employee training history. The TQS-9000 employee training database feature includes the ability to store complete employee details, training history, schedule training, monitor training progress and much more. Print lists in advance of employee training that is due to distribute to the appropriate departments. Run reports for over due training, keep track of training costs, time spent training for a range of dates, or by training type. Effectively monitor all training activities with this module. We have also added the ability to document each job description within this module to make them readily available to view by all employees that you select to have access to them. The built in security sytem in the TQS-9000 system assures only authorized personnel may view the information that you wish to secure. With the TQS-9000 system you will not need to have a seperate employee training software database as it has been incorporated into the TQS-9000 quality operating system. Addditionally from the TQS-9000 HR module, users may access several online training options that may be bundled with your TQS-9000 product. These include, corrective actions training, APQP training, Gage R&R training, Document Control Training, and Internal Auditor Training.
