The Total Quality System 9000 Document Control Software Feature provides robust document control options for all of your controlled documents that are contained within the Total Quality System 9000 database For each controlled document users may use the document linking capabilities for documents such as prints and engineering specifications. Total Quality System 9000 helps users maintain a centralized document control revision list for all types of documents that are not included as part of the TQS-9000 program. Complete revision lists for all your documents are available from the Document Control Feature. All forms and reports that are part of the Total Quality 9000 system are controlled by your installation version of the TQS-9000 system and cannot be changed so there is no need to keep a separate document control list. These lists are provided automatically within the program.  Minimize and simplify your document control system with our built in tools to manage your document control needs. All external documents that are linked into your TQS-9000 Document Control Software Program may be opened by just double clicking on the linked document icon. Record lists help users find just the information they are looking for. Revision lists may be printed, sorted, exported, and E-mailed to members of your team. The TQS-9000 Document Control Software Feature allows you to set options for reviewing linked documents at the intervals that you choose to maintain compliance to your documented quality system requirements.
