Users are able to build the basics for the process flow chart and process fmea directly from the Quality Control Plan screen and may easily access all the rest of the APQP documents from the quality control plan screen.TQS-9000 and TAQ-9000 utilize both work in process and approved APQP libraries to assure only the latest revisions are available to all users for the quality control plan, process fmea, processes flow chart, and operator work instructions. The quality control plan form is tied directly to the process fmea, flow chart, and operator instructions. When shared fields for these documents are changed from the quality control plan form, process fmea, or flow chart are changed, then the changes are automatically updated in each form. The quality control plan form presents an easy to use graphical user interface with flow only and control plan only screens to make data entry a snap. From the quality control plan form you will have direct access to the process fmea, flow chart, and work instructions. You may also access a related PSW Warrant.. Several drop down lists may be pre-programmed for speeding up data entry. Data entry may be made in the work-in-progress or approved APQP project libraries into the quality control plan form. A built in security system allows only the users you wish to have change rights on all the forms included in your program.
